We collect information you provide directly — account details, employee onboarding data, and usage information. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
How we use your information
Your data is used to deliver ODOnboard services, generate AI-powered onboarding plans, and improve product functionality. We never sell your data to third parties. AI models do not train on your data without explicit consent.
Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and complete tenant isolation. Your data does not share infrastructure with other customers.
Data retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To make a data request, contact us at privacy@odonboard.com. We respond within 5 business days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are collected in aggregate and cannot identify individual users.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
